Yoga For Companies—we do that!

Work schedules and demands can oftentimes be uncomfortable. Bring yoga and meditation classes to your business; we offer in-house yoga session(s) and leave you equipped with tailored micro-yoga practices to be used through the day—studies show this can boost energy and make our days more comfortable. Karma work in Community action (Fundraisers, Community events, Etc.)

We aim to be a true community good.

Please email the studio about yoga classes for your fundraisers, adding yoga to your community event (we can accommodate many styles of yoga and associated modalities to align with your vision,) adjusted fee gift certificates to helpful community organizations, or anything in that realm. We can’t always donate to every event, but we would love to do our best for the Corning area to the fullest extent possible, so please speak to us. Elizabeth has freely given many days of yoga to CPP area schools and community institutions, and has coordinated and donated classes/lessons to various fundraisers—we love sharing the joy of yoga both in our studio setting and beyond.
